GlassND stands for the "Graduate LGBTQ and Ally Student Society at Notre Dame" and is a subcommittee of the Graduate Student Union that addresses the needs of the graduate LGBTQ community at Notre Dame.
The Graduate Student Union is committed to establishing a sustainable graduate LGBTQ community at Notre Dame, in order to better serve and support our LGBTQ students. This includes ensuring equal access and opportunity to Notre Dame classrooms, facilities and resources, and increasing education on safety and protection issues related to the LGBTQ community and the rights and responsibilities of all members of the Notre Dame community.

Gender-neutral bathrooms at Notre Dame
Easy access to a bathroom without fear of harassment is a privilege that is often taken for granted. Transgender, genderqueer, and other gender-nonconforming people often feel uncomfortable and are subject to harassment and violence when using male- or female-specific bathrooms.
If you know of a gender-neutral bathroom on or around campus, let us know by filling out a brief Bathroom Survey so that we can make Notre Dame a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.
A recent list of gender-neutral bathrooms can be found here (this map was created in 2014. An updated version will be available soon).
