Below is a list of computer resources for graduate students

Services provided by the Office of Information Technologies (OIT):

Computer labs on campus open to graduate students:

  • Hesburgh Graduate Student Computer Lab
    The 11th floor computer cluster will be moved to the larger of the 10th floor reading rooms (the room with the flat screen).  Those that purchased keys to the cluster in 2010 may bring their key to the GSU office for a refund.  To acquire the key code for the 10th floor reading rooms, see the library Circulation Desk.   We expect the change to occur within the next two weeks and will update you when we receive more information on the timeline.  Find updated information through the listserv or check the GSU website.   Please direct questions to the GSU Academic Affairs Chair at kmartin9@nd.edu.

  • OIT Computer Labs
    OIT maintains a number of computer labs available for all Notre Dame faculty, staff, and students. Find more information about hours on OIT's website.

    The OIT computer labs are located in:
    -Architecture (Bond Hall) Room G022
    -Coleman Morse Room 107
    -DeBartolo Hall Room 133
    -Hesburgh Library Main Floor
    -LaFortune Student Center Room 016

  • Other Computing Facilities
    Additionally, there are a number of other computer labs operated by various groups on campus:
    -The Center for Creative Computing operates computer facilities in three locations on campus. The facilities are available by appointment to all faculty and students in the College of Arts and Letters.
    -The College of Engineering Learning Center is open to all engineering students, both graduate and undergraduate.
    -The Psychology Department maintains the Graduate Research and Teaching Computer Lab in 200 Haggar Hall.
